The dishes on our menu are all based on seasonal ingredients, focused around locally produced as well as sustainably sourced meat - and sauces prepared from scratch. Twice a year we adapt the menu according to season. A toasty, inviting winter menu for those colder days and a “summer break”-menu when most of us would rather be out on the terrace.
Over the years we have scaled down on the quantity of wines and focused on quality. The wines we have in our cellar are meant to enhance what we put on the plates, and the overall experience is always the priority.
