About the menu
The starting point for our menu is the classic Swedish cuisine with traditional meat dishes and Swedish classics, but with a twist. We serve reindeer fillet, Swedish beef fillet, cod ridge and bleak roe in exciting compositions, supplemented with interesting vegetarian dishes. A couple of times a year we change the menu, to adapt it to the best ingredients of each season. You will always find our most appreciated classics on the menu though, such as Biff á la Rydberg and Cajun tuna with scallops.
The menu contains both à la carte choices and whole menu suggestions. If you are a larger party, we recommend ready-made menu suggestions for the best possible experience.
